The Shenandoah apartments rude staff, sneaky workers, it's really only one that cool but that Steve guy is lazy to the max. He's really different. The workers are disrespectful and rude. The carpets are not replaced they're covered over nasty padding the vents make sure u clean them because they won't. They do the minimum in all aspects everyone wants or are moving because management sucks. Don't get tricked into paying for something that was already messed up . And make sure u bleach it all down for mildew because trust me it's there they cover it up and blame u when it comes back. And watch ur tags and disable pass and stickers it's an old lady over there that steals them from people cars. But other than that ur st ur own risk.

I Love my apartment! Will kept up and management is always on top of any concerns I have. All the neighbors are friendly too. My son and I keep to ourselves but its nice and freshing when your neighbors will say hi or chat with you.

My experience here so far (living here almost 1 year) I absolutely love management. They make my son and I really feel at home. I love my cute little apartment. It's right next to the park and walking trails. I'm very happy here. And if anything goes wrong inside (which is normal), they fix it THOROUGHLY AND IMMEDIATELY! I'm 40yrs old and I have never been so appreciated. It's nice to have management care. Only thing I wish they had a better store than grocery outlet close by. (LOL) I love my place.

We were supposed to move in to this place and they had use filling out paper work for a month. They would send things to the wrong place, tell us we didn't need something then ask for it a few weeks later (making this process longer) and somehow all of this was always our fault. Management isn't very organized and can be rude. They will say one thing and then once you remind them of what they have said they call you a liar and say they never said it. They would also always confuse our paper work for other tenants. If you chose to move in have a back up just in case they decide you're not qualified after a month of telling you you are and they only need other paper work. Horrible.
