 Processing times vary depending on how quickly third-party verifications are returned. Applications are typically processed within several business days once all required documentation is received. 

 Yes, Shenandoah conducts screening that may include credit, criminal, rental, and background history consistent with community policies and fair housing guidelines. 

 Water, sewage, and trash are included. Residents are responsible for any additional utilities not covered by the community. 

 Pet deposits and monthly pet rent may apply. Contact the office for current rates.
