Marie is a great property manager for the property. She is very professional. She is very thorough and I like how she is concerned about the well being of the tenants. She makes them feel heard. When I bring concerns to her, she addresses them promptly.

Let me start off by saying the ladies in the office go above and beyond their job. When the water got shut off the manager was here until 11pm at night passing out water to residents and she did not have to do so and I was very thankful because iam disabled , management gets a lot of backlash from residents because of all the new changes but it isnât their fault they are just doing their job, Andrea the property manager is amazing when mail was getting delivered to the property because they were broken she would bring my mail to my door and if I get a package and she sees it she knocks on my door and let me know that it is there. Overall management team is trying as they are new with taking over this property and coming in and cleaning up this mess , they have done more in the little bit of time theyâve been here then any other team that has been in then office. And iam happy with them.

Horrible management. Doesn't fix anything. 4 companies has taken over within the one year that i've been here. Says a whole lot about this place. New parking rule is ridiculous. Broken gate since forever. You can also NEVER get a hold of anyone in the office.

The managers at this apartment are bringing this complex down to a ghetto level. They are rude, inconsiderate and racist to any other ethnic group than black. They are a do as I say not as I do kind of management style. They got a non black coworker fired and refused to help her do her job. They are making the complex look trashy. I have seen how they are rude to white residence and other non-black residence. Many want to complain but they retaliate against those that speak up. No one can have visitors because of the new parking rules and management doesnât care. They donât live there and they are abusing their authority. My next task will be to complain to the Fair Housing Bureau and any other agency where I can expose this behavior and that of the ownership as they too donât care how their employees treat the tenants.

New management is making it feel like a prison and very unsafe. Rude to the elderly. And she favors tenants over one. Another assistant manager always comes in like sheâs halfway done up . They both smoke on grounds. And thereâs no parking for anyone to have visitors.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME IF YOU LIVE OUT OF STATE THEY WILL ADD YOU BUT WHEN YOUR NAME COME'S UP THEY WHAT YOU TO ALREADY HAVE YOUR SECTION 8 VOCHER IN HAND? HOW IS THAT WHEN HUD REQUIRES YOU TO PORT OUT? THE SECOND TIME I WAS CALLED STILL OUT OF STATE THE YOUNG LADY STATES SHE WOULD ADD ME BACK ON THERE LIST. NO THANKS I HAVE LEFTED SEVERAL VM AT THERE MAIN OFFICE BACK IN MARCH 2022 AS OF TODAY NO CALL BACK SO I HAVE TAKING THE NEXT STEPS TO CONTACT HUD.
