Complex got bought out again but I doubt area will change. A lot of drug users, domestic violence, rowdy neighbors. But at least old management is gone, no expectations for new management. Complex is old, a lot of mold, roaches, water being turned on/off and can be frequent, or no hot water, extremely thin walls. This is a small gated community, gates were closed with old managers, but new management likes to leave it open so anyone can come in at will. Designated parking, but doesn't make sense when people still park in your area. Only limited visitor parking, but some families have 2 cars and they take up visitor as well. They need to just take away assigned parking so we can park anywhere, and close to our apartment because visitor parking is in the corner in the back, sucks for us in the front. I see new management trying to clean up this complex's image with new yelp and website advertisements. Trust me it's not worth it to live here. I'm sure anywhere else is 10x better. Check the reviews on Google and Yelp.

This complex has extremely poor management. My mother lived there for only 1.5 years and they changed management 3 to four times. Now they are withholding her full deposit for "cleaning and maintenance" after she completed a walkthrough with maintenance who confirmed it was clean and move in ready at the time she turned over her keys. Manager hangs up on callers and keeps the door locked during office hours, says everything is by appointment only, even for tenants.

Moved out final day Aug 12th, still have not received my final paperwork. Posting here because the office is no longer responding. This is the last in a history of what seems like deliberate mismamagement, despite the fake five star reviews their friends and family are posting for them.

I've been here for 3yrs and where do I start: 2nd month of living here my apartment flooded and my son and I was displaced for 12 days and only got credit on my rent for 1 day, during my walk through I was told I would get a new stove because of how this stove looked, my stove had blown 2 fuses and currently can't use all 4 burners, I've been doing my recertification for 2 years now and they still haven't gotten it together, they rush me to do it just to keep coming back in to give them the same paperwork I just gave them 2 weeks ago, the landscaping company doesn't come to trim the bushes at my front door so I walk into spider webs in front of my door, NOBODY answers the phone or emails, mailboxes been down for almost a year, I notified them in October 2023 that my income will change in December 2023 and I'm not sure if I'm in a tax credit unit because of the many notices to do my recertification and it STILL isn't done (mind you they been "working" on it since 2022) I'm paying OVER the amount that I signed up for. Since living here both cars have been repo, my smud been off twice and now my son and I are eating sandwiches and noodles because every paycheck goes to rent, I informed them that yes my rent will be late every month because I'm not making the same amount as before, I get no foodstamps and now my medical is gone, I'm just worried that I will be evicted due to rent or too many 30day notices (which this is my 2nd)
